About Francisco J. Valle Francisco J. Valle is the President of Valle Consulting. He has advised companies, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and educational institutions in Hispanic market penetration and Hispanic workforce management . Mr. Valle is the author of “How To Win The Hispanic Gold Rush™” a book on Hispanic marketing and cultural values selected for inclusion in Forbes Magazine’s Book Club and Google’s Book Review. In 2006, he received Merrill Lynch’s prestigious Global Leadership in Diversity Award for his successful initiatives in this area including the foundation for a new Hispanic Growth Fund. In addition, Mr. Valle has created for clients award-winning Hispanic marketing campaigns and has been interviewed by Bloomberg and several major radio and television talk shows. He has published articles in English and Spanish, and his quotes have appeared in newspapers and major publications. Mr. Valle created and conducted in 2001 the first Hispanic Market Master Course for the Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketing.Mr. Valle previously held management, marketing, operations, and staff positions at ARAMARK, ARCO, BP Oil, Mobil Oil, SCDRG, Sears, and Taco Bell. At these companies, he played a key role in assuring their success in building a competitive advantage and an inclusive work environment.
Mr. Valle has funded the Francisco J. Valle Scholarship Award granted to Hispanic Business students at California State University, Fullerton since 1988.
Mr. Valle holds an M.B.A. from California State University, Fullerton, and a B.S. in Chemistry from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. In addition, he completed the Corporate Governance Program: Leadership in the Boardroom conducted by Harvard Business School, the Director Training & Certification Program at UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management, and the Executive Leadership program offered by Penn State Executive Programs for ARAMARK.
